Reverend Nan Morgan Adams
The Rev. Nan Morgan Adams came to Memorial Presbyterian in January 2015 with 22 years experience in the ministry beginning with work in the inner city of Atlanta, followed by 12 years as the organizing pastor for a new church development in Navarre, Florida. Then Nan served as the Interim Associate Pastor for Trinity Presbyterian in Pensacola, FL, before finding her way north for a four-year, two-position interim in First Presbyterian, Elkhart, IN.
Nan is a native of Florida, seven generations on both her parent’s sides, in the Tallahassee and Pensacola regions of the state. She attended the University of Florida for her undergraduate degree in journalism (though an FSU fan!) and Columbia Theological Seminary for her masters of divinity. She has a daughter, Morgan, married to Greg Tredo, a granddaughter, Mackenzie, a granddog, Jacks, and a saltwater aquarium full of grandfish, all living in Daytona Beach, Fl.
